"Terrible experience lately. ARNP is helpful but can never reach anyone in the office—4 calls to get through today with 40 min total waits on those 4 calls—never get a return call as requested; went in to pick up samples and no one knew where CMA left them; CMA was to schedule CT and get in touch two weeks later no call. Called today and said they’d give me number to schedule myself! This is NOT the MetcyOne experience I expect and certainly not what they should want their patients to experience. Have been with this practice for many years for routine screening but past few years seems there have been huge changes and not the same experiences. Cannot get routine testing scheduled for months and have to repeat calls to do so and with acute issue it’s totally a disaster."

"I called August 31, 2023 to schedule my 5 year check up. I'm still waiting on a call to make an appointment. I sent to message through the portal to the doctor's office about getting an appointment. The Dr`s office has yet to respond. The previous 4 colonscopies I had at this office went well."

"Went to see a GI Doctor seen by a P/A next thing I know getting phone calls from Kidney Doctors office to make a appointment today getting phone calls from Mercy surgery to make a appointment NO One said anything to me about a referral to see another doctor or surgeons call GI office they didn't know what was going on said have to get back to me. Confused on what's going on."

"After first surgery to remove pancreas stone but was to big to remove by ercp Nurse practioner kept sending me to e.r. guuess she gad no clue what to do finally got to see Dr khan. He was good. Suppose to be scheduled for 2nd attempt. The nurses don't return calls, have no idea when it's scheduled in Nov"

"Was referred by my doctor, and if I could, I would give this place a negative 5 stars. Nurses are rude and don't return calls until they feel like it. Had a scope done and couldn't even get a follow-up done because they are booked out. Had to call back as the nurse didn't return the call to be rudely talked to and told that current issues aren't related to scope. Will never go back to this clinic or recommend it to anyone."
