"Nothing against the doctor. He listened, he gave the staff directions with what he wanted…. and that’s where it all went down hill. They did the immunizations we asked for and the dr ordered. Drew my son’s blood that the Dr ordered. After several attempts, once without wearing gloves, got another cma to try, said they might have to go to his foot. Got minimal blood. Then never called. No results, no “we need to redraw” nothing. I called them about the blood results and another dr test result and referral we’ve been waiting on. They told me they would have to call to the other doctors office for those results and check on the blood results because all she can see is an order. They never called back, again we called, she told my husband that they never drew his blood, it was just an order to draw blood and we would have to bring him in and to make sure he drinks plenty of water if he’s a tough blood draw. I told them he did have the blood drawn, they just need to own up to losing it, not calling because they didn’t have enough, etc. just don’t lie or make something up. I had a video because of my concern of the cma/nurse not using gloves on with my son. This is unacceptable unprofessional behavior that I’m certain administration wouldn’t put up with. That was about a month ago, still I do not have any of this resolved, the initial appointment was in September, I think."

"This is the BEST drs office I have ever been to. Dr Hubbell is the most knowledgeable, most competent and thorough Primary care physician I've had. I have a lot of different medical problems and I take a ton of medications and I never go without the care I need. I have also been seen by several other Drs in this office and they've all been great as well. Top notch medical facility. I highly recommend to all!"
