"Horrible customer service and experience with this location. My son was seen by Dr. Spooner and referred for MRI to Iowa Radiology. Once I get to Iowa Radiology, I'm told they can not do MRI due to the cast on his arm which obviously was on his arm 2 days before when he was seen by Dr. Spooner. I called Dr. Spooners office to ask why he did not inform me of this to be scoffed at by the nurse who answered the phone. I asked to speak to Dr. Spooner in which she replied if he has time. She would not give me a time frame on a call back or if I will ever get one. I'd recommend ANY doctor besides this place."

"This place is a joke. The point of an urgent care is to be able to walk in when care is needed. They allow people to make appointments. If you’re making an appointment go see your primary. Urgent care was created for when your primary isn’t available at that time. I got here at 8:15am and they told me I wasn’t able to be seen until 10am. There was 2 people in the office. The receptionist lady is very rude and never has anything nice to say. HR needs to have a talk with her. I have worked in healthcare since 2016. I know how the hospitals/clinics work. This lady needs fired. When I asked if she could ask for me to be seen before 10 am because there was only 2 people ahead of me she told me she wouldn’t ask and to come back at 10. It takes a provider 10-15 minutes to consult with a patient. This place needs help!"
