"We have all be going to Clean Teeth Rock since we moved to Grimes 9 years ago. They also see my kids who now are 8 and 6. Dr. Jorgensen is amazing with both of them. My 6 year old is very sensitive to new people and things. This last time the dentist remembered what flavor she liked of toothpaste and what made the appointment go better for her. It was the best appointment yet. She also has got us in for urgent matters! Thank you Dr. Jorgensen!"

Dr Jorgensen is very thorough, caring, and meticulous about everything such as: documenting my exam, following protocols, returning calls in a reasonable time, asking about my spouse, providing a clean and comfortable facility, etc. I feel that my teeth and I are getting very skilled, professional and compassionate care."

"Very frustrated with the sudden lack of communication the past 4 weeks. I had a crown that had to be replaced and was going out of the country. I talked to her personally & she said she would get me in. I patently waited 4 days and left 2 voicemails. I HEARD NOTHING & i had 4 days before i left and realized the work number no longer had the name of her office in the greeting. Again left multiple messages. So i had to find a dentist who would squeeze me in. Thank god for Advance Family Dentistry who not only saw me the next day but completed a crown in 1 hour using there 3D program!! So frustrated that she didn't return emails & messages. Did she just close her business & not inform her patients so they could get records and xrays for their new dentist. (If we don't have xrays we will be personally charged at new dentist for new ones) Very irresponsible. I will not be going back if she is open. ."

She repaired it, in an hour and 15 min. and the tooth looks great. It matches so well that even I, cannot tell the new repair from my original tooth! Amazing skill and reasonable costs!"
