"If I could give 0 stars I would. Have had horrible experiences with this office for the last 2+ years. Everything from answering phones in a timely manner, to scheduling visits within a reasonable time period(within 30 days), to checking people in to their appointments within a timely manner, to common customer care…all absolutely awful. I am moving my family, one member at a time to a better Unity Point facility. Very poorly managed. It amazes me that an office just down the street within the same company can operate 100x better and with more care towards their clients. Very disappointed with this office, and can’t wait to have all of my family out of their care."

"I come here for my family doctor, Dr. Douglas Timboe. I've been seeing him for 15+ years and I wouldn't change doctors if you paid me. He has the best bedside manner in the world and is the most caring and personal doctor I've ever met in my life. He's helped see me through a lot through the years including my alcohol and adicction issues and it's great to be able to show him I'm clean and sober now, especially with all the effort he's put in through the years to help me and never once gave up on me."

"I used to hate going to the Drs office, always had extreme anxiety and always left feeling worse. Dr Raval and his entire team changed that tenfold. I’d trust these people with just about anything. Always have an easy time getting in for appointments, everyone is kind and professional. I’ve seen other Drs here as well, and they’re all good."

"Dr. Naval and his nurse Mandy are top notch. Very friendly atmosphere and can tell that they enjoy their work! Additionally, the Office Administrators were great! Both were on the phone when I arrived, but smiled at me and acknowledged that I was there and would be with me asap. Great clinic!"
