"The drs themselves are great, but when it comes to scheduling and being able to get in to see your own provider, you feel like you hit the jackpot if they can get you in. Also when you tell them its getting pathetic that you can't get in, they get snippy and say you'll have to talk about it when you come in, not professional. This clinic is a nice place with good dr.s and potential, but the customer service, needs a face lift, getting old, tired of it."

"I’m honestly extremely disappointed in the service I got this visit. When I meet with my regular doctor there I tend to have a better experience but the doctor I met with didn’t seem to care about my issues. I came in with a heavy cough and rough chest pains as well as swollen ankles and feet and an achy body/brain. And while I did explain that the swollen ankles and feet could be from how much we were walking at an event prior to my visit, she pretty much just determined right then and there that that was the cause of all of my problems. Gave me a test for strep throat but nothing else and I was negative and didn’t explain further what it could be or what I could do, just said it would go away in a couple of days. It’s now been three days and I’m still miserable, barely breathing, still coughing up a ton of stuff, body aching, barely any energy, but what’s the point of going back just so they can take more of my money with no solution. You’d think with the air quality issues we’re having and since the event I was at was in Michigan (so obviously the air quality was worse), as well as me explaining how much dust was in the air there, that they would have examined my lungs better because trying to work right now while I’m feeling like this is impossible and she didn’t even offer for me to have a note to get some rest from work. Now my fiancé also has whatever I have (he didn’t when I went in) so who knows if they’re even looking for the right diseases that are spreading around. Very disappointed. If I ever have this experience with my primary doctor there I’m looking elsewhere. Giving it three stars because my primary there deserves a 5, but the one I met with deserves a 1 or 2 from this visit"

"Honestly doctor Kennedy has got to be the most patient, best doctor I think I've ever seen. She answered my questions and evaluated all of my issues. She gave me real answers and could tell she was actually thinking about my questions before responding. My whole family will be seeing her. She's so kind and straight to the point. The clerical staff was also very patient and understanding with my scheduling, canceling, rescheduling and my kids in the waiting room. Awesome family practice."

"These people really just don’t care about anyone. I called this morning to schedule something but didn’t know how serious it was, was told they will call me back and have a nurse talk to me to decide how urgent my needs were. Waited 3 hours and called back on lunch to see if anyone was available or to get a time frame, was told everyone was on lunch and that she will put in another note to move me up the call list. Here we are another 3 hours later and still no call back. For a 10 minute conversation at most to see if I need to come in now or if I can wait. I’m astonished a doctors office can just neglect a client like this and it be perfectly fine. I’ll be finding a new doctors office, preferably one that actually cares about their clients health and well being."
