"Hi, this is Theresa West, not sure why this post is under my husbands name, but I have worked at Corning Specialty for almost 13 years, I love my job and the residents and their families, we now have a wonderful Administrator,DON, and MDS coordinator whom all are very attentive to family and residents needs, all are very helpful to staff and they jump right in and help on the floor if needed. I just can’t imagine working anywhere else."

"As a whole they care about their residents. But their are some cnas that would rather treat certain residents (seems to be ones that need a lot of help) very foul. Name calling and rude remarks are unnecessary towards residents. In my opinion if you can't stop that while at work and taking care of residents then you should have never been a cna! Period!"

"HORRIBLE place to work! The Administrator (Bo) is TERRIBLE! She has a HORRIBLE attitude and runs everyone off! She's unfriendly and two faced! She continues to gossip and whenever Casey shows up she turns into an actual human being that treats people with respect! Judy, what can I say, WORTHLESS! She's a horrible DON! She complains and covers up her act all the time! The residents are the ones who suffer at this care facility! I wish that another agency would purchase this place and take care of the community and residents!"
