"As of August 19, Vive has an office manager that is beyond incompetent. Charged my card twice , didn't know how to issue a refund, said someone would call to get that taken care of. Call came in to say refund had been issued, transaction was never done. When dispute was taken up with credit card company, Vive fraudulently contested that there was no duplicate transaction. The office will not return calls to have this rectified. They are without moral character."
