"I am sad to see so many negative reviews. The nurse practitioner I saw as my primary care physician literally saved my life. I was diagnosed wrong with whooping cough in 2018 at an urgent care facility, however symptoms were getting worse, and NP accurately diagnosed it as pneumonia. I’ve never once had an issue with Dr Whittle when she assumed NP Cornell’s patients. I appreciate that Dr Whittle is relaxed and I’ve never felt the condescension from her that is typical of most doctors."

"First time visiting the priority care and I was super impressed with the modern facility and the friendly yet professional medical staff. It was a slow Saturday morning, and the onsite pharmacy provided seamless medicine pick up. East in and easy out within less than 30 min. This is the best walk-in urgent care experience I’ve ever had."

"Walk-in appointments are not really available. Brought my wife in with 8/10 abdominal pain. After waiting over an hour to see a provider, we asked the how much longer it would be. A supervisor came out and told us it would be at least another hour. We left and went to a CHI hospital ER. 4 hours later we left. Tried another non-CHI ER and were in and out in 38 minutes with pain med's and a CAT scan."

"The new facility is huge and had lot of additional care features. The facility looks modern and top notch. However the wait times are getting longer and longer. I had to wait about 30 mins for a routine blood draw/nurse visit. These type is visits have to be quick. Also the online app to book appointments is not upto the mark. It needs to be completely revisited."
