"My son and I stopped here last night to have a badly sprained ankle looked at. We had tried to go the urgent care at 72nd street near Crossroads Mall and were turned away at 6:15pm, as we were told that they stopped taking patients for the evening. There was nobody in the lobby, 4 cars in the parking lot. They close at 8pm. Arrived here (L street) at 6:50pm and had a much better experience. Full parking lot, 5 people waiting in waiting room. We were told that we would have a 30 minute wait - not bad at all. All of the staff from the check in people to the x-ray tech, to the Doctor - everyone was wonderful and they truly seemed happy to provide service. They were efficient and kind. My son had his x-rays and the radiologist on staff even read the x-rays before they left for the day so we left knowing everything that we needed to know. I would highly recommend this location and their staff. A++++++"

"I've been coming here for many years. Staff is always polite and helpful. Doctors are kind and knowledgeable. Helpful after-hours urgent care is available as well as a physical therapy department and on-site pharmacy. You also have the ability to sign up for "My Chart," which allows you access to information regarding your visits, lab results, procedures, medications, and more. You are also able to send or receive messages via text to and from your doctor or nurse. Helps things get done much faster with more efficiency. There are several doctors with various specialties, so you should be able to find one that is right for your family. I highly recommend this place."

"The nurse was terrible. She was doing things with angry manner and her tone of voice is not good either. Probably one of the worst RN I have ever see. She need to either stay home or quit the job. Doctor was okay. I just feel like these people doesn’t know what they’re doing. We need better doctor and that actually know and care about what patients are there for."

"Took my daughter in about a burn on her face & the dr we saw didn’t wash her hands and with NO gloves was touching the exposed burn. It’s not RED and irritated today & she’s complaining more about that pain than she did when it happened. Was very upset and rushed in and out of the office. Because my diaghyer didn’t verbally saw ow when her stomach was being pressed on really hard but was whining instead she told me her stomach didn’t hurt because she verbally didn’t say ow. She’s 3."
