Children's Physicians, Plattsmouth

"We have been going to this location since 2019 and we love Dr. Scott! She listens to our concerns and advocates for us! We have been on the fence of switching to a different location due to us living in Omaha now, but don't want to leave her. Not only is she great, but the office staff is truly amazing and has the patients and family as their sole focus. On 11/3/23, our daughter got hurt at school and ended up needing stitches. In Omaha, the clinic wouldn't see her and out in Plattsmouth the one licensed to do stitches had left for the day. I was on hold for over 15 minutes as the front desk staff was calling to other locations trying to find a place that would see our daughter. I cannot find the words that express my gratitude for trying to make a stressful situation, that I was getting the runaround on, easier!"
