"Don't be in a rush to get a health concern resolved. They don't like to do things in the time-frame they provide and when you call to attempt to talk to someone about anything they will keep pushing it back, "maybe tomorrow" "we will leave a message for someone to call you" only for no one to call. When they refer you to a specialist they again give a time frame and when they receive a call because they didn't do what they said they would they act like you're doing something wrong by calling them. Edit: Apparently it's hard to chart what meds a patient is on. Not once but twice the DR said that she didn't chart what meds she had me on/off. Having a appt because I have shortness of breathe because of said meds and being told to stop taking them only for the next appt to be asked, well why aren't you taking these meds? I could go on with these situations of lack of communication/charting."

"Iam not happy with them because I had called Hyvee to have perception refilled they told me that they emailed Connie to have a perception filled to get a ok she never answered any of the emails from Hyvee I am so made right now and when you try to call down there they never answer the phone"

"They accused my arthritis and lupus of being anxiety symptoms and was absolutely the most excruciating pain I've had for a few months. Imagine going to a hospital, not knowing what's going on with you, to be told it's your anxiety doing all that pain, and even though you know it's not, they don't want to help you because they predetermined your illness. It wasn't til I begged for an RA test I proved to them I have pain."
