"I scheduled an appointment and there was a delay, but it's not the nurse's fault. Definitely should hire more and keep your nurses/employees less stressed!! The nurse I saw was incredibly sweet and so wonderful. I wish all medical employees were sweet as her. She listened to me and my concerns, and did a test. I wish I remembered her name. So sweet, patient, and wonderful!! I'll be back for any minor symptoms i may be experiencing in the future - her service is to come back for!!"
"I happened to be in the store to pickup some throat lozenges, but the kind woman in the Minute Clinic was kind enough to see me right away. She had a fantastic demeanor and got everything done amazingly quickly. Within 1/2 an hour I had a diagnosis and Rx. It could not have gone any better."
"I wish I could remember the name of the nurse practitioner who examined me, she was the only nurse working at 4pm on December 14, 2023- such an incredibly caring, sympathetic, hardworking, efficient & practical person!! I was totally impressed & she was truly kind. She deserves recognition, please figure out who this nurse was & reward her great work! do whatever it takes to keep her around!"
"It’s experiences like the one I had today that remind me why people fall through the cracks all the time in the healthcare system. The older nurse and the NP Morgan Corbett were both quite incompetent. I went in for a simple blood draw for a hepatitis B titer and the nurse had no clue what she was doing . She didn’t know how to appropriately place the tourniquet on my arm and her IV skills were extremely poor . She essentially was poking into nothing both times she attempted to get a blood draw . They eventually ended up sending me to lab quest where I am now stuck in a waiting room until they can squeeze me in since I don’t have an appointment here all because they couldn’t do their job at CVS . Don’t come here unless it’s for a shot because that’s about all they know how to do ."
"I’m a fan and longtime CVS pharmacy customer, but my experience with their MinuteClinic was nothing but disappointment. I’m fortunate to have never, ever had to rely on urgent care services before, but should it happen again, I won’t be returning to CVS. And I’ll actively steer people away should someone ask my opinion. I attempted to see a clinician both virtually and in-person on the same day, and neither effort was successful. The entire experience was marked by poor communication, a lack of transparency, and an inability to maintain any kind of standards or rigor. My takeaway was really nothing but frustration, and continued exasperation at the state of service and healthcare in the U.S."
