"God awful customer service. Surgeon was great, nurses were great. Absolutely impossible to actually call anyone. Routed in a continuous circle through support. Phenomenally bad service in that regard and the reason I avoid CHI whenever possible."
"I have gone here a few times for Urgent Care and I have not had a bad experience. I have been met with great staff, and they have always been willing to help! I was seen by Richard twice and I could tell he really wanted to make sure I got answers and I was well enough to send home!"
"Unable to get consistent information between staff for a very basic visit. New to CHI, have never had such a hard time scheduling appointments in my life. Beyond disappointed and unimpressed with these first impressions."
"Today my significant other, who is very apprehensive about anything that has to do with the medical field, was experiencing a mental health crisis to the point where he suggested we sought out medical help. It is common sense to reach out to a primary care doctor for an issue such as this but unfortunately my boyfriends previous primary care doctor was in his home town and he had not followed up with anyone in Omaha so our next thought was to attempt an urgent care. After starting at an urgent care we were advised to try CHI Priority Care for our needs. The front desk and nursing staff were very kind, understanding, and professional despite my boyfriend being in a state of distress and panic - and occasionally coming off as flat and rude. The concerning aspect of this experience was the way that Ronette Lammers dealt and evaluated my boyfriend. She was condescending the whole session, consistently saying phrases such as “I’m not sure what you even want me to do” and “I have a lot of other people to see if you could just make up your mind”. Throughout the session Lammers made comments about how my bf should have reached out to his primary care MD - which is warranted and fair, but she was not professional in any way about it. I even heard her on two occasions talking rudely to the nursing staff in the hall regarding my boyfriend. I myself am a health care employee and work directly with patients daily and was left embarrassed and to the point of no words after experiencing patient care from another point of view. They way Ronette handled herself in the room with my boyfriend today was honestly disheartening and makes me understand why people are hesitant to reach out for medical help during a mental crisis. I advise Ronette to take some time away from direct patient care as she comes off as extremely rude, bothered, and burnt out. Please take a hint from these google reviews, you are leaving patients with more anxiety and questions walking out your doors than when they walked through your doors."
"I was previously employed with CHI and regardless of my opinion as an employee as a patient I think they are worst. Whether you are calling to schedule or for results you not get an answer without a minimum of a 7 minute hold before speaking with anyone. Physicians rarely have availability! Nurse practitioners there are rude. You sometimes will not even receive a phone call with results! Documentation is hardly mailed in a timely manner. And when results are given, they are provided by multiple people that overlap each other like no one is documenting their phone calls. If a physician has a preference that individual needs to either start a private practice or enter a specialty. Worst medical organization in Nebraska."
