"We waited in the room for the doctor for 40 minutes, when the doctor finally arrived, he was in the room for less than 10 minutes, then said he would be right back but it took him an additional 30 minutes to return. The lab tech Ann was great! First stick and 3 tubes obtained. We were in the back for an hour. No, the clinic was not busy. Very disappointing visit."

"Reception staff is cool but the MA/s have gotten pretty terrible. I’ve been forgotten in the waiting room multiple times and forgotten in the exam room twice. The first time almost getting locked in over night. The staff overall has just gone on a steadily downward spiral since the new building. Also have lots of trouble with call backs from nurses."

Nursing staff are friendly and take the time to put our son at ease before obtaining vitals or giving shots. And our provider consistently provides personalized, evidence-based care. Our questions and concerns are always addressed. Overall, we cannot recommend Fontenelle Health Center highly enough!"

"The front office staff was very efficient & friendly when I arrived. Kamara(sp) the med assistant was the most upbeat personable person I’ve ever encountered in a Dr’s office. She was helpful, quick, & very efficient in her duties. What can I say about Dr. Smith? So very glad I found her. She listens to what I have to say & offers great advice without being overly judgmental. I love her! Thanks for a great appointment to everyone involved!"

"The visit was great. Took no time to get a nurse to take vitals. Then questions. Very friendly and nice. Doctor Denei was friendly and thorough. Informative. Took her time to listen to my issues and give feedback. The Doctor didn’t run in and out like at most clinics. They gave enough time for me. I would give a 5* but I had made the appointment for myself and my wife. Her appointment was rescheduled, but nobody informed us until we showed up for this appointment. Someone dropped the ball on this and reception was trying to lay the blame on me, until I showed the text messages where we confirmed my wife’s appointment at the time I claimed. Then the story changed and I was told that it was rescheduled due to the Dr. leaving early this day. Which was also incorrect, Dr. had to interview a prospective employee. Reception area needs a little work. They were not rude, but were inconsistent with their story and not my fault attitude. I was also told they don’t book appointments for two people to see the doctor back to back. I said, well. Yeah the clinic does. That’s how I got my kids scheduled. Currently. Yes, reception needs a little training. That’s why I gave it a 4"
