"My 18-year-old bladder waterbed suddenly started leaking two days ago, which I didn't discover until I was ready to go to bed. All of the bedding got completed saturated. I stripped the bed, put each very heavy item in a garbage bag and went to The Laundry Place the next day. A friend went with me who had a special quilt that needed laundered. Neither of us had laundromat experience so we approached the attendant Gena. She was so informative and helpful. My friend and I will be forever grateful as all of our items came out looking like new! We noticed while we were waiting for our bedding items to get done that Gena was constantly working at cleaning lint screens, wiping off washers and dryers, dusting the floor and helping us and many others, always with a big smile on her face. When we mentioned this to her, her reply was, "I love my job."! I used the restroom and it was spotless. There's a handicap button to push, helping people get in and out with their arms full. There are comfortable chairs for waiting. We were so impressed with Gena's bubbly personality, work ethic and vast knowledge. We will most definitely return to this establishment and highly recommend it!! Thank you, Gena, for such a pleasurable experience!!"

"Was in the area and decided to do quick laundry here, changed 20$ in tokens ( not disclosed the fact that will be getting tokens) politely asked manager to exchange left tokens to cash because i will most likely not use this place, however was denied request. Very rude and cheap business practice!!! Shame on you!"
