"0 stars, if I could. A few years ago my ring was in our house fire. I had insurance, I called to have it replaced. They said even with insurance "they don't cover acts of God" A fire is not an act of God, people get their rings fixed for A LOT less. I will never buy jewelry from this place again. There are better jewelry stores anyway!! Pic of my ring they refused to replace."

"Went in with family, ended up buying a ring and necklace for my anniversary. The ring needed to be resized, it was sent out. When it can back there was a crack forming on the band. Went out a second time, came back with again damage to the band. Went to out a third time, came back with a hole in the band. I wanted to get a new ring at this time, since two months have pasted since I bought it. Was told by a rude “manager” that couldn’t do that and it would have to be sent out again and that they can fix it. (She didn’t want to deal with me, there was a better dressed couple in the store) Still don’t understand how it, got sent to the store this many times with bad work being done. Worst work I have had at any jewelry store. And again it was sent back to the store with damage, finally got hold of a different manager. Who assisted me in returning the ring and ordering it from online, but they don’t have my size on the website. And was told to do finger exercises. But maybe I’ll sent it out to get resized and start this nightmare over again. Won’t get this ring till beginning of December, a full three months since a purchase it."

"I have had 2 great experiences here. I found my wedding band here unexpectedly. The sales associate was not pushy and let us look as long as needed and walked us through all the protection plans. I also took several rings in to have cleaned as well as my engagement ring prior to my wedding. They inspected and cleaned all the rings for free- even though none were bought there. I needed to fix my ring asap and they provided a great place to do this super fast."

"My husband and I have been married 21yrs and his wedding ring hasn’t fit for much of that time. Today we finally decided to get his ring resized as well as look at possibly purchasing a wedding band to match my engagement ring. I have to say, I was very impressed with the staff, Dana and Loren; they were exceptional! I can be pretty particular and the process took quite a bit of time but Loren remained patient and so understanding, helping me find just the right ring to compliment my exhausting ring. Dana was also so helpful during the buying process; working her magic to get us exactly what was needed to complete our purchase. I’m seriously so thankful and can’t wait to pick up our rings in a few weeks. Thanks ladies for all your help!"
