"My 1 year old golden had a horrific diarrhea attack while I was out of the office. Coit got a tech (Kevin) to my house the next day! When Kevin was done, there was no trace of the disaster! I highly recommend them. Next time. I had a stain on my couch and some on the carpet. Also one on the steps from a sick dog. My tech, David, got rid of all of the stains. Coit tells you what the job will cost before they start. No surprises. Quick and efficient. I forgot to take before pics, sorry. No pics."

"Fantastic experience with Coit cleaning. A week ago Friday I had a set appointment they reached out to me four hours before they were scheduled to arrive an asked if they could reschedule my appointment for the following week, no problem. Got everything rescheduled, Richard showed up in the time frame he was assigned and busted his tail to complete the service for two bed rooms, living room, hallway and stairs in just over a hours time on a mid - to late Friday afternoon. His hard work and dedication to his 20 years of professional experience is greatly appreciated. I will be scheduling a appointment next spring to have my air ducts cleaned out. FIVE STARS..!!"

"I never leave poor reviews and undertsand the challenges of running a business myself. However, two seperate days we moved all the furniture in the house for them to not show. 1st was a verified and updated 12-2 arrival, they arrived at 11:20 and when no-one was home left, depsite us coming home 15 minutes later. Next was "we will meet your needs, so sorry" 2-4 PM a week later, we took the house apart again, verified at 1PM for 2PM arrival, only to get another call that the worker was running late and not coming at all, with no other options. If you sit home all day, asnd have flexible schedules, this may work, but 2 vacation days lost due to poor scheduling. I truly feel for the team, especially having to deal with a grumpy homeowner, but somewhat upset and have to go move all my furniture again only to do it again for another cleaning company."

"I have used Coit on multiple rental properties over the last few years. I brought them into my home to clean my air ducts and was excited for the free dryer duct cleaning special they had going on. I was satisfied with the service until the tech left and I went into my basement and found the louvered door used to access my furnace was busted apart. I didn't say anything because my wife told me not to be a complainer but then our dryer went out this month. When I went to remove the old dryer I looked at the vent and realized it clearly hadn't been cleaned when he was here in January. I called the office to request that he come back out and complete the service and was told that the owner would give me a call to discuss my concerns but it would cost $200+ to have the dryer vent cleaned. Freddy the owner ended up calling me & said there wasn’t anything he could do even though he saw on the work order that the dryer vent was suppose to be cleaned and it never was. Super unprofessional and rude. Last complaint - the tech used my bathroom a few minutes before he was done with his service. As someone who has worked in people's homes before I was always taught you NEVER use a customer's restroom. We will take our business elsewhere going forward."

"Kevin was very prompt, polite, and did a phenomenal job removing pet stains, which have not come back, as they did the last time I had my carpets cleaned. COIT was less expensive and produced better results than the service I used last time, which was Stanley Steamer. I will be using COIT from now on."
