"It is hard to shop local with a business like this. Took vehicle in to replace the backup camera. Realized after the work was done, the back hatch was dented in 6 places from the replacement. They did honor to fix it and the technician was forthcoming and apologetic. Asked for a loaner for 3 days, but was denied because we did not buy the vehicle there. I don't expect a loaner vehicle when our cars need service, but in this situation, it was their fault for damaging the body during replacement of the camera. Last time we take any of our vehicles to Meyer-Earp."
