Both Micah and Riley were professional - yet likeable - in that they fully explained what I could expect from the surgery and rehab, and what the various exercises would be doing. Both took time to listen to my questions and concerns, and respond in a way that was easily understandable for a lay person. And as a bonus, both would take part in good-natured banter, making the rehab experience much better than it could have been."
