"Had requested a letter from Dr. Cannon. 3 to 4 sentences about my out of pocket expenses for OTC meds. He turned it into a nightmare. Demanded I have face to face w him about the letter, which was not necessary. He clearly knew why I needed letter and what it needed to say. Had to be turned in in a certain time. He actually told his nurse to tell me I could get the letter at Urgent Care.......The letter he finaloy wrote didn't include several of the meds. I just had another Sanford Dr. Who is a FB friend write the letter for Cannon. It just became a Trainwreck. He was determined to make it near impossible for me to get. Why? No idea. He told the nurse that I needed a diagnosis as to why I get Ben Gay and heating pads, I was like yo Doc, look at my friggin MRI and X Rays! Why I buy diabetic test strips? U need a diagnosis for why I buy test strips?! He behaved same way w another of his patients.....Sarah Campbell. She was so livid how she was treated she had another appt and called him out to his face. Yet another of his patients will be soon calling his boss to say he didn't appreciate how Cannon treated him either. Everyone else at clinic is nice, ie, phone people, etc."

I got billed over $400 for something that they told me would be under student health and then proceeded to say that they don't do it under student health. after a lengthy conversation of me saying I would not pay for something that was their fault they "took care of it for me". other people I've talked to have had billing problems. sounds like they are trying to scam their patients"

"They messed up my billing and billed me $275 for a procedure I did not get. I told them that I did not want to get a procedure done until I knew how much it would cost and I was never told how much it was until I saw that I got billed. I will never be going back. My friends have had similar experiences with billing."
