"I saw Todd, the PA yesterday for sinus pain/pressure. I am a RN of 40 years and have served many of the surrounding communities over those 40 years. He asked me why I came to VMC for care as my address was not Vermillion, this was not as if he was looking for a positive feedback, it was as if “why would you come this far”. He was derogatory, argumentative, condescending and very unprofessional. Refused to listen to reasons I did not wish to utilize more OTC treatments but that despite having positive sx’s for an infection, it hadn’t been 14 days so would not treat other than more OTC. I would never send anyone to someone so unwilling to listen and treat a patient as if they have no value in the plan going forward. Since all my other experiences have been wonderful I will continue to see Michelle or Amy but never Todd!"
