"I was told to be there by 9 to start our dogs testing, when I arrived I was told testing wouldn’t start until 1pm. This wouldn’t have been an issue as I know this in a learning school, but we live more than 3 hours away and wish this would have been made clearer that we would spend the entire day out there, they even told us if we came earlier than 9 they could start early, which was not the case when we arrived. The student was nice, although she had a hard time explaining things to us , and was almost rude when I declined additional services when she called with an update and offered further treatments. The Veterinarian that came in and spoke with me was professional and knowledgeable. The receptionist was extremely rude and would not help me with my payment issues, she refused to talk to the financial assistance director from the humane society. They were graciously helping me with my bill for the visit as it was thousands of dollars, she turned her back on me, waved her hand, and refused to talk to the person on phone from humane society, that was helping me. She proceeded to talk over me, would not help, until I explained to her three times that this was all suppose to be taken care of when I dropped our dog off, and they had already spoke with another receptionist at the start of our visit (she had already left by the time our visit was over). I have never been treated that way or talked to the way she spoke to me. Sadly I will not return with our animals."

"Called because my hamster got wet tail, and we took him in. One of t male doctors gave us his phone number. We texted in photos and update videos of our hamster, but yet no response. They told us they would follow up and never did. He then proceeded to get worse and worse, and we called the vet. They claimed they would call about him but never did. I called in giving updates about his worsening health, no response. He died the day before Thanksgiving and the vets still haven’t called up on him. Thank you, for not being able to save my hamster. Not coming again, I’ll bring my business elsewhere. For being one of the top veterinarian clinics I’m disappointed."
