"Not sure how fastenal is in business. Worst hours, worst selection & worst customer service. We have a national account with them & they make it impossible to work with or order from. Literally last choice every time & always a disappointment no matter how simple the order. Zero star!!!"

"Imagine needing a part to finish a job, driving across town to the business you choose to support, only to find out that they’re only ope. 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. If you need anything during the workday, they’re probably closed. Garbage. Do better."

"I Sadly have to use this place all the time. They won't answer your phone calls. They had atleast 9 people standing around who work there just talking (I counted when I was in store) then they have one guy actually helping or running the register. Usually that person has no clue what they're doing and needs help from someone else. The hours make no sense you are over staffed and are only open 4 hours out of the day. I really hope this place goes under."
