"What a great experience! Kerrie, Meghan, Sharon, and Holly were just the best.. From check in, to the actual procedure, the staff was just delightful! The facilities were clean and felt brand new! They even played the specific music I asked for! during the procedure! A top notch team from top to bottom, who exude professionalism, kindness and courtesy. An MRI is never a fun experience, but this staff made an uncomfortable situation, absolutely bearable, and dare I say, enjoyable. All of these amazing people are a tremendous asset to their team! If you are need of an MRI, you need to look no further than OrthoNebraska Imaging."

"I am giving this 1 star rating based on 1 phone call. I was looking for somewhere to get an urgent but non-emergency MRI for my child's knee at affordable pricing. The healthcare system I currently use has openings at the hospital only and that is quite a bit higher in pricing from a clinic setting. According to my insurance this facility was in the price range I was looking for. I called to get some information about how to get a referral sent in and appointment availability. The woman that answered the phone was horribly rude and didn't seem to be very interested in hearing what I was trying to ask. Needless to say, I will not be using this facility. I see a lot of good reviews but phone etiquette is just as important as in person service and they get a big FAIL from me in that department."
