This covered everything from their expertise on different types of hardwood (found out ours was Brazilian Cherry) and how to manage the coloration we were looking for, then getting it scheduled for the work in a very timely fashion prior to our move in. While the work with such a hard type of wood warranted a little more than the usual time to remove the old finish and sand down to color we desired, the end result brought out the true beauty in the wood floor we were wanting. No need to cover these floors up with a bunch of area rugs. Pricing was commensurate with the high quality of workmanship and was still slightly below what I was expecting at the front end."
