"I stopped by Kleener Image on Tuesday morning. Caitlin was helping me choose which paver would be good for my project. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She didn't make me feel like any question was a dumb question. Unfortunately, that is not the experience I had at another business who sells pavers. The condescending attitude of the sales person at the other business lost a potential customer. I was definitely under the impression that Caitlin cared about me as a customer and was helping to lead me in the best direction for my needs and my project. Thank you, Caitlin for being so kind and patient. The pavers I am leaning towards may be a little more than the ones at the other company, due to my preference not a reflection on Kleener Image. I am willing to pay more for better service, which has no price tag!"

"Very disrespectful owner... and she is proud of it... "I am the owner here".. I guess she wanted a gold star.. or maybe a ribbon .. drive the extra 10 minutes to Mulch Mart in Waukee... I never asked who she was but I hope she knows when someone comes in the door, they are a customer.. The yard guys were respectful and nice.. they just need to teach the "owner" manners and customer service. I would have simply left but only need a 1/2 yard of material.. hope her broom ride home is safe as it looks like a storm out West is heading to Grimes soon.."
