"I’ll feel like a terrible mom to leave my kiddo here. Very unprofessional, dirty , hectic and small. Teachers unprofessional and the director has no clue of how to handle her center."

"Set up a tour for this place and for starters she could barely respond to an email RED FLAG number one. Secondly finally set a tour up and it was very unprofessional and rushed. Soon as you enter the building it’s a locked door that requires a code. Once you enter through that immediately it’s a class room, open for any and everyone to just see kids sleeping on thin Mattress no sheets no privacy. Really don’t think there’s a proper place for kids to eat. The eating area is located right when you enter so basically everything is cramped in one spot. There was kids running everywhere , shirtless, shoes less just a mess. Couldn’t even give me a proper tour because the center was completely hectic. You have workers yelling at kids they’re gonna go to time out which is very unprofessional. Mind you I stopped in twice both times were unorganized and hectic. Seem very rundown and ghetto. If you have absolutely no other option I guess this would work."

"I can't say enough good things about this daycare. The teachers, the administration, and the kids are so kind. My kids love coming here and I am reassured that I know they are safe and well taken care of."

"Our daughter is currently in the infant room and we absolutely love Melissa and Amber who are the primary caretakers in that room! Our daughter also loved Cassie who was in that room for awhile but has moved to the one year old room. I know having Cassie in that room will help my daughter transition when it’s time. They all take fabulous care of our daughter. I always tell them that they are taking care of the most important thing to me and I am confident leaving her in their care. They are very open to my concerns or preferences for what I would like her to do or to eat. They even helped her work on her mobility when that was a concern! Nicole is the Director and when we did our tour she was very straightforward and upfront with more than one parent. I knew from the beginning that she would be transparent with me which was a huge factor in choosing where we sent our daughter. This has proven true. She welcomes feedback and immediately looks into any concerns. I was shocked to find they had immediate openings in the infant room when we were touring centers as many had waiting lists. I would highly recommend checking them out!"

"I toured many centers when I moved to the area. My daughter had never been cared for outside of the home or by strangers before, but the minute I walked in Nicole and her staff made us feel welcome and loved. Every parent and staff I have interacted with over the last 2 years has become an extension of our family. My daughter absolutely loves going every day and playing with her friends and her favorite teachers. They truly meet us where we are and have taught us so much. My almost 3 year old year feels safe, loved and happy (even on the grumpy mornings) there and is always welcomed with hugs and silliness to make her transition easier."
