"The worst customer service ever on buying a brand new tractor from here. The service manager Ryan has been awful to deal with and is overly rude to his customers. A brand new tractor that was not serviced correctly before delivery, is absolutely not the buyer’s fault. We will never do business here again! Buyers need to go elsewhere!"

"Was looking into a Case skid loader I found on the internet and contacted the salesman Bart. Stated had a sale pending and couldn't get any additional information. A cranky text message about not being a Case dealer when I asked if it was still available. Worked through a possible trade in and agreed on coming to pick it up without a trade. Called the next morning to ask if he could hold the skid loader while I was in the middle of a 5 hour drive with a trailer to pick it up. The salesman said no, so I had to sign a purchase order while on the road to hold it. Purchase order stated that all lights were in place and operation, operation manual and instructions were given, and everything was in working order. Once I got there the salesman was no where to be found and no one in the office seemed to know what was going on. Staff was friendly and we worked through it. Skid loader mostly checked out, lights were not in working order as stated, no instruction was given, and coolant was rusty brown. My first impression was less than satisfactory and probably will do business elsewhere."

"Not many dealerships around where you can walk in and deal directly with the owner. Old Hwy 6 Tractor is still a family ran business that values their customers. Stop in if you are looking for a good deal. Bruce and the gang are always willing to help with whatever you need."

"Stopped to look at a couple tractors, the lot was a little small and only had one sales person, but the workers were friendly and helpful. Sales person was busy and we were in a rush to get back on the road so they found someone to help us get info on a tractor. I could feel this wasnt a big company dealership as you walked in the door and very much family owned. Wish we had one of these around my area."

"Emailed them with a detailed description of what I wanted done to my tractor and received no email response. Called and talked to someone named Bruce, who asked me some questions and said he would look into it and get me a quote. Never heard back from him. I was hoping to give them my money instead of the big dealerships now I may just end up doing it myself."
