"I really like this hotel. The little interaction I had with the staff felt genuinely warm and welcoming which goes a long way when you’re stuck on the road away from the family. Most importantly everything looked very clean with attention to detail. I always bring my own blanket and pillow but here I would’ve been comfortable using theirs. The cherry on top was the surprisingly really good complementary breakfast buffet, usually I grab some juice and walk away but here I chowed down on good omelets and crispy bacon! Waffle maker too =) 10/10 will be returning"

"Dirty, and sheets plus a comforter were promised to me so that my kids and I could all sleep comfortably. We intended on using the bed and pull out couch to sleep us three, and so we would need bedding for the pull out sofa and were assured that the room would be adequately prepared when I made the reservation. I even confirmed with hotel concierge once more, two hours before arriving, that they had adequate sheets and comforter for the pull out couch. When my kids and I arrived that first evening exhausted and ready for bed, they told us they gave our sheet set and comforter to someone else. They had no explanation for why or who told me two hours earlier over the phone that yes, the room would be prepared. I didn’t sleep that night because the room was freezing (air system was crazy out of control and staff didn’t know how to control it) and I had no comforter ( I let my kids sleep in the bed and I took the bare couch, like any mom would do). Morning after not sleeping I was greeted downstairs with an empty pot of coffee that was going to take 20 minutes to fill. Couldn’t wait so had to go to what should have been a fun soccer game without sleep or coffee. Two stars solely due to breakfast being decent. They also did not have any pillow to go with the pull out sofa bed. Ultimately the front desk person found one for me, only after I asked him for the corporate phone number and reminded him I didn’t even have sheets!"

"Wonderful place to stay! The suite rooms are very nice, great kitchen with dishwasher, plenty of room, soft sheets. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were cleaned, with maid service daily."
