"From beginning to end the whole experience was welcoming and inviting. We came in as a same day new patient sick visit on a Saturday and wasn’t charged and arm and a leg. The whole staff was so knowledgeable and almost answered every question I had before I asked it. I left with money in my purse and medication for our fur baby and a new Veterinary clinic for our family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Forgot to mention there were smiles every where in the clinic ☺️ And our dogtor was so laid back and non pushy that I feel I left in charge of my dogs care with him giving me the tools without pushing me to get this or that for an upcharge. Renee was such a great help getting us in and scheduled. So efficient so friendly so knowledgeable!!"

We took our dachshund in for a tooth he had a problem with and they handled everything with the upmost professionalism and treated our puppy like he was part of their family. "I am very happy with the results that she found I had previously taken my dog to another vet told me more or less her teeth were good, wasted my time and money on test to tell me she just needed to change her thyroid medicine which I thought was odd Dr. wolter Saw three issues right away, which the other Vet, and writing one of her comments was her teeth were Fine she has an infection in them now within a week she had a growth on her eyelid. She has a torn ligament in her front leg. Why did the other Vet not see this I paid for This service in got nothing I did not feel comfortable with this vet anymore and I have been to this veterinarian hospital for years the guy I go to is retiring this new one that is taking over is the one I didn’t feel comfortable with. She gives me five minutes looks at her face a little bit and even looks at her teeth and tells me there’s nothing wrong with her teeth, that was one clue I did not like her. I am so happy with Ralston and Dr. wolter She made me feel very comfortable and spent probably a half hour with us. I am so thankful. I left there, feeling pretty good about her diagnosis of things would highly recommend her"

"The reason for our visit was hard as we had to say goodbye to our sweet Lily but the staff is incredible and so empathetic. Dr. Wolter is the best, best. She takes exceptional care of us and our fur babies. Plus, there's a special room, that feels like a bedroom rather than an exam room, just for such sad, difficult times."
