"Why oh why would a pharmacy be closed on Saturday! Done giving them my business"

"Despite the fact that they are understaffed, (which is NOT their fault. Some people don't understand this somehow...) they are always able to provide care to my family and I. We have been getting our prescriptions at this location since I was little and have probably had a couple of bumps here and there, but that's just what happens. They are hard workers and it is just absolutely RIDICULOUS how non-understanding people can be when most of the time it is a Walgreens issue, not a team issue."

"Received a voicemail a week and a half ago saying that my prescription would be ready mid-week the following week. They were at lunch when I stopped by that next Friday, closed on Saturday. When I stopped in on Sunday they had deleted the order as " it had been sitting there for 12 days." How has it been sitting there for 12 days when it was only supposed to be ready earlier that same week. This pharmacy location has been a mess for a long time. I am movingy account to another store location tomorrow."

"My review has to do with a recent pharmacy visit. While I understand that patient care mat not be what you do, you are providing people with medications that their doctors prescribe. I also understand that you have no control over the prices that drug companies set for the medications or the amount that insurance will cover. But asking 130 dollars for a medication knowing that there is a program that supplies free coupons online that can help get medications at 1/4th the cost and don’t offer that information to your customers that’s not treating them fairly. Every place you see a Walgreens there is usually cvs directly across the street and in the case that I am talking about there is 3 pharmacies at that intersection. Wouldn’t you want to treat your customers the best? Keep them coming back? I have used Walgreens stores for as long as I can remember and will be going elsewhere from now on."

"Never going to this Walgreens for photos again. I went in there today and purchased 5 items online and as I walk in, they had my stuff on the table for another customer-who realized that those weren't her photos or total so the employee quickly fixed that. Then, when I went to pay for my order, my canvas wasn't good at all, it was all pixelated when my picture I put on was High resolution. Also, they made doubles of what I ordered but looked at me like I was the bad guy. They gave me attitude for that and the canvas. Of course they fixed it and everything but was not impressed with them at all"
