"The room we stayed in was by the street and the walls were quite thin so you could hear the street and our neighbors when their alarm went off in the morning. There was also a cleanliness issue with our bedding that we didn't notice until the morning. I notified staff upon checkout and they stated they would change it out. The rooms are outdated. Overall, a cheaper alternative if you'd like to stay close to CHI arena and with friendly staff I think they would be amenable to fixing any issues that arise. I would recommend looking elsewhere if your budget allows it.or if you can find a similar location with cheaper rooms."

"Decent spot in downtown Omaha and the price is pretty good, but we requested late checkout and without knocking house keeping entered the room on 3 separate occasions. Do the front desk and cleaning staff not communicate? Not to mention my wife and I are both Diamond members. Talk about awful service for reliable customers."

"PERFECT location for shows happening at Steelhouse! We didn’t have to deal with traffic after the show and were literally right across the street from the venue. Quite a few food options within walking distance and other things to do as well such as the Museum of Shadows. Overall perfect location and great stay!"

"Was right next to our venue which was amazing! Rooms are okay a little smaller than I had hope for our family of four. Pillows could be updated and tub/shower is and rounded,quite a step up into and with the curve of the basin stepping out is slippery and tricky. Be careful. But staff was amazing, room was clean and paid extra for the complimentary breakfast which was completely worth it! Great cook and staff serving up omelettes made fresh and more options."

"A great place to stay if you need to stay in the downtown area. Easy to get to and clean. They do have a parking ramp to park in, but know that it will cost to park in. Stayed here for a concert at the stadium. Very close to the event center and the old market area as well. Everything is in walking distance. Staff was friendly and customer service was great. The only thing I noticed was the shower was leaking a little bit in the bathroom of the hotel room. Other than that, awesome!"
