"Is there any chance your drivers could avoid blocking crosswalks during pick up or drop off? There are parking spots typically available. Even free ones for up to 15 minutes. There is no sense in endangering pedestrians to convenience your clients."

"The first room we were told to go to the key didn’t work, so we went back to the desk and without checking that the room was available, gave us keys to an occupied room. We opened the door and were very lucky the people staying in the room weren’t home at the time. We finally get to our actual room and it’s visibly filthy. No trash bags in any of the cans or ice bucket. Human hair everywhere, filth in the tub. We check out the pool and the water is stagnant and there’s visible algae covering every surface. We go in anyway and it was *not* just stains. You could feel the algae on your feet. The hotel is in a great location with nice views and a modern fancy interior, but they desperately need to retrain or rehire new staff. It was nasty and I still can’t believe they allowed us to enter an occupied room."

"Got a room for the night as we were attending a show at CHI. The first room they gave us was absolutely filthy, stains on the couches, stains on the bed, dust and hair everywhere. Notified the front desk and was given another room that was even worse. Same as the first one, but add some feminine hygiene products under the sink and toenail clippings. We ended up getting a Uber home and not even staying in the hotel because it was that disgusting. I didn't even bother to address it with the front desk or ask for a refund because I was incredibly annoyed and felt very much that they're aware that their hotel is completely disgusting. Oh and when we first showed up, one of the front desk employees was smoking right in front of the doorway. Came back to get our car the next day. And what do you know another employee standing right at the front door smoking. I couldn't care less that's you're smoking but have a little decency to have your employees at least go on the side of the building."

"If you read the fine print, you pay an additional fee for parking per night. We found that the cleanliness standard is medium at best here due to finding hair in both beds, the floors, and in the tub. We also found some small stains on the comforters. The thermostat control also seemed inadequate during our visit. We couldn't get the temperature in the room below 72 despite having the thermostat set to 67 for the three days we were there. It was one of the cheaper hotels around, and in my opinion, worth the price we paid, but there is plenty of room to improve."

"Good location & not far from the airport. Both beds had lots of long hair in the sheets. And one bed and some sparkles and makeup in the sheets. Could have been a little cleaner. Shower had hairs too. But overall, modern, amazing check in and check out, and great location."
