"This place is a lot more than just a craft and hobby store as they sell a little bit of everything. The sell toys, puzzles, holiday decorations, art supplies, home goods, books, snacks, storage and organizing containers and so much more. They are closed on Sundays which can be frustrating. The main reason I shop here is for scrapbooking supplies but the selection has dwindled over the last few years."

"While all HL stores have a great product selection and offer good prices and discounts, I have a love/hate relationship with this store. I love browsing and shopping and looking at all the selections but dread going to the checkout because I never know how I'm going to be treated by the cashiers. I don't blame them though, I blame management for not making attempts to make their employees happier. Every bad review on here practically is about a bad experience with an employee, so that means they're unhappy. I also noticed that nobody ever responds to these bad reviews either so what does that tell you?"
