"I am new to the ordering aspect of the Equipment Director for our youth football program. With that said, we are working with six different vendors - one of which is The Graphic Edge (MN) with TJ as our representative. Hands down, I could not be more pleased with TJ's patience and responsiveness to my questions and various orders. When providing us options, he not only includes a link to the product on their site but also includes the price breaks which helps along with the little things that might cost us extra. Of the vendors we are working with, The Graphic Edge turn around has been fairly quick despite this being a prime time for ordering. Their customer service staff was able to work with our Club Treasure on establishing an account to allow for seamless billing and are prompt with sending invoices. Looking to next year, we do plan on reducing the number of vendors and it will be my recommendation to move (at a minimum) a portion of the other orders to The Graphic Edge."
"Graphic Edge was amazing, quick, and efficient to work with. We had multiple designs made up for us, and always altered in a timely matter if an adjustment was requested. We haven’t received our products yet, but I am sure they will be perfect. The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Our order got delayed due to a change in our design, but they still made our deadline which was only a week! Would recommend this company to anyone!"
