"Sadly, I probably won’t be visiting this specific Maurice’s again. Tried to exchange two pairs of jeans today, for the second time because I can’t get my size right because I’m GAINING WEIGHT and because I didn’t have the exchange receipt they couldn’t do anything for me. Even though I know they have the tools to do so on their computers. AND my order should have been on my account because I did the first exchange in their store. So it’s my fault the exchange they did didn’t fall on my account like it should have?? When they ask for my number every time (I’ve also worked here before so I know they could’ve done it they were just being rude) I had the original receipt so it shouldn’t have mattered and they should have done it’s because it wasn’t on my account and it should have been."

"My first visit, it’s a nice, clean store, the dressing rooms were a bit of a mess though , almost all of them had names on them, with clothing in them so I had no idea which were taken etc., bc they told me to just go on back. Inventory was lacking in size medium, not many small or larges either. It seemed like the plus sizes, size 12 and up were all they stocked, or what they had the most of, which was not what I needed. I wasn’t really approached or asked if I was finding everything ok, but that wasn’t a real big deal to me. There was an issue with placing an order, that took awhile, but they gave me a $5 off coupon for having to wait. The staff were very nice, as were the customers in the store. This was also my first time to Carroll, the store visit, as well as the town in general was a wonderful experience. I recommend this store, and will be returning."
"Spent way over 250.00 bought pair boots that were gonna b delivered to my home 2 was ago no boots and when I called to check on it they start raising their voice at me cuz no order number on receipt cuz lady used a gift card so I won't shop there ever again worst shopping exerpenice ever"
