"Store is cluttered by clothing in the front, was very hard to traverse through front of store with other customers in main path. Some items were fair or a good price. Manager/owner was very helpful and friendly. Worth a second trip if they can get some better quality items and adjust their prices 30-50% lower."

"When it originally opened it was a great place. Seems greed has become the norm in most Sioux City "charitable" thrift stores. I've overheard staff searching ebay for prices. You forget YOUR DEMOGRAPH ISNT WORLD MARKET & these aren't YOUR personal items, THEYRE DONATIONS TO A CHARITY. PRICES on many items are ridiculous. Case in point- used candles $3-$6 (you can buy new for $4) Seasonal stuffed animals dated 10 years ago $6-$8. Was going to purchase a jacket (new old stock, not name brand ) off a rack marked NEW ITEMS $6-$8. The Hispanic woman at checkout said it was a mistake & supposed to be $24. Another item was a small cosmetic bag without price. Was told $8. I won't be back."

Manager is so nice and sweet other staff is usually friendly ive been shopping here for about 3 1/2 yrs now and have only had a unpleasant experience maybe once or twice and I'd like to say I'm somewhat a regular. There prices are pretty fair alot cheaper than goodwill. Items clean and organized."

Donations taken during store hours and I believe they will pick up larger items. Many volunteers are part of the staff. Shop is clean and well organized. Several other second hand shops in the immediate area. Large parking lot."
