"The last two orders I placed took over 2 and 3vweeks to ship. However, the website indicated the all items were in stock and were scheduled to be delivered prior to the order dates!!! Really unhappy! If you don't have the items don't advertise that you do and at the very least open a customer service department that can assist the customers. The only answer I was given was to the orders were shipped (even though the shipping number never indicated the order had been received by the carrier?)!! What happened?? It's so disappointing to know you can't trust a store you have counted on for years. Can't recommend online shopping with Michaels ever again."
