"The battery was swapped out. I bought a 2018 dodge grand caravan and had a 2013 battery in the caravan that failed about a month after purchase. The oil filter housing was changed out. It is an aftermarket oil filter housing, which it shouldn't have been changed at about 40000 miles. Aftermarket oil filter housings are know for leaking and cracking. That is why it is supposed to be from dodge. Then one of the spark plugs were cross threaded. Called to see if they have changed out the spark plugs and they stated that it should still be the manufacturers. Oh really! OK. They are very shady and unfortunately a lot of car dealerships are."
