"Went in very last minute on a Saturday evening after the Blairs Ferry store, “Victra” sent me home to transfer phones which I have never had to do myself and made the mistake to say I could do it. All of the staff were so nice and willing to help, one even staying late to help me get them transferred. Quality staff I would expect from an ACTUAL Verizon store."

"If I could give negative stars I would. My wife and I walked into this store to get the deal for the new S24, tablet, and watch. When we walked in we were greeted by a lady, that by her demeanor, you could tell she did not want to be there. When we told her what we were in there for, she said that the deal is online only. I pulled up the promotion on their website and nowhere did it say that it was online only. There was another deal for the new iPhone that specifically stated online only but this one did not. I didn't want to argue so my wife and I left and called the customer service number and they mentioned that it could be done in store OR online. So we drove 25 minutes across town to the Verizon by Best Buy where we were greeted by friendly faces and gladly helped me with my purchase and hopefully got a great commission out of it. In summary, I will be driving all the way across town from now on to spend my money with a team that actually cares about their customers and doesn't lie to their face."

"I was checked in after 15mins. I couldn't do it myself because my phone didn't work. After an additional 30 mins then someone talked to me and I was told there was nothing they could do. They told me I was better off going down the street to a different business. That was a great idea as I will never do business with them again."
