"Dec 28, sign says open at 10. Tried calling , no answer. I came back at 12:12, they had just got there, but was not ready for customers. Maybe other employees should have a key. A friend was here, she was to pick up her order, I’m only sticking around to get her item, you lost a customer"

"Great staff at the Cedar Rapids, IA location. I called from Davenport, IA to locate an item. They took the time to look in their store for the top I wanted, and held for me to pick up. I drove to the CR store on Saturday afternoon, they were very busy, but still very pleasant. I can't say enough good things about these employees and well kept store. 5 star!"

"I found some great deals here. The only issue was that sales lady was bothersome. She was doing her job, but it was too much. Literally every 2 minutes she was offering assistance! Leave me be, madam! Otherwise I liked the shopping experience."

"I purchased an outfit form this store in February the people at the store in February were very nice and helpful and helping me find what I need. The outfit got hung on a hanger the plastic got put over it and receipt went in my purse. Fast forward to July my wedding outfit no longer works out because the bride had changed her colors. So I called the store to see if I could return for sale value or just store credit as all I really want is another outfit. I was told I could get nothing not even store credit as the dress would be worth nothing to her. I will no longer do business at this place."
