"I’ve been a customer for awhile now and usually only stop in to purchase a lighter. The people working have always been kind, helpful, and not pushy. But, tonight I stopped in at 11pm looking for a lighter. I didn’t have my card on me and asked the gentleman if I could use apple pay. He told me there was a $2 card minimum- understandable. I told him I’ll just buy two lighters but he insisted it was ok and gave me the lighter free of charge. I appreciate his small gesture and kindness. The definition of “Iowa nice”. I’ll be back.. and with an extra dollar for the tip jar!"

"Just recently bought this yesterday around 4:00 5:00 I was able to use it all day no problems but just today after I get off of work it's saying it has a battery problem and it won't charge and then it needs to be cleaned even though I just got it not really reliable for a $200 device. Insane!!!!..... Just recently went into get help on my device did a great job helping me and getting it situated. Thank yall"
