"Horrible branch with poor customer service. I wire money once every couple of months and they constantly screw this up. When the tellers were allowed to do this it was fine, but when it became a management duty failure became the norm. Also, some of the older tellers are rude and often snide. You are better off going to another branch or doing what I did and switch to another bank that was more convenient."
