"I had the most overwhelming and horrible experience at the North Liberty Iowa location 11/8/2023. The customer service by a young man and woman around 450pm, who were clueless and inconsiderate was horrible and overwhelming! I have been banking with the credit Union for 4 years now because it was a branch inside the VA hospital where I am employed. I am the Vice President of our Union there, so not only do I have a personal account, we have a business account as well. The accounts will definitely be closed by the end of this year. I refuse to be treated horribly by a financial institution I am patronizing. Good job to the employees working that evening on losing a member."
