Highly recommend for any of your bike needs from buying a new bike, upgrading your current bike, or getting some cycling accessories. Full review: For about a year, I was looking into buying a new triathlon specific bike. Of the shops I called around Iowa (I called and spoke with about 5 bike shops between the Ankeny, Des Moines, and Cedar Falls area), Ryan was the most helpful and patient with me. Over a few months, I probably spoke with Ryan over the phone about 10 times and met him in person a couple of times before making my purchase and all my encounters with him were fantastic. Very knowledgable on bike parts and the sport of cycling in general. It was very helpful to hear first hand his own experiences and advice regarding triathlons; he was a great guide in helping me purchase my bike. When I was getting ready to purchase my bike, I was debating between the Trek Speed Concept and Felt IA 2.0. I ended up going with Felt because I liked a lot of the built in nutrition features with the frame, but Ryan and RynoVelo also played a big role in why I chose Felt. I was confident from my conversations with him that he would be able to build the bike and tune it up to fit my needs. He was also willing to wax the chain on really short notice as well, about 24 hours before I was going to pick up the bike and hot waxing a chan is a pretty tedious task. I've been very happy with the quality of work and my riding my new bike has felt great. No problems over the past couple of months. Highly recommend going in to RynoVelo and getting all your cycling needs from them."
