"He is a good guy that works there but he don't have a good translater on his phone so he can't help you find what you want he misses a lot of sales the owner needs to give him the right tools to communicate with the customers"
"I found it a bit inconvenient that so many items were missing any kind of price tag. Or that the only way to get that info was to ask the person at the register who seemed annoyed that I kept asking for the price of things. Perhaps they could just have a price scanner app on their website that customers could download and use while shopping...?"
"Small community store on Hubble Ave., Just if you want to get a bottle or more. You will be surprised what is in stock. Great spot to pick up and you be on your way. Small parking lot but, with wheelchair access too."
"First thing, while we were browsing, another customer was clearly, VERY intoxicated & belligerent. He was loud, using vulgar language and at one point, even dropped his pants. The manager was clearly irritated with the intoxicated man, but still served him. Second thing, The R&R had a price Directly below it, Clearly marked $12.99. It wasn't until I got home, I realized I had been over charged $10-$15. I went back to resolve the problem within an hour of the first visit. The guy who checked me out, I'm guessing the manager, told me the R&R was $21.99. I told him about the $12.99 sign, which I've always been to the understanding, a business has to give you an item for the price it's marked, right or wrong. Needless to say, he would not refund the overcharged amount and was very rude. I will NOT patronize this business and would NOT recommend it. There are plenty of establishments that sell alcohol where the employees aren't rude and I don't have to worry about being ripped off!"
"Still trying to overcharge & short change people, and this has happened for years! --- (read on) - I haven't even been there for 3 years, and it happened in front of me 2 times yesterday -- customer before me tried buying a single grape cigar, guy tried charging him $3.99. The customer even said, "Hey now, you're always trying to ring up things 2 or 3 extra times and the prices change everyday, what's all this about?" -- And RIGHT AFTER THAT (lol! Couldn't wait a few customers after me to scam after that could he!?), the cashier tried charging me $4.99 for a single, mini white claw (I was waiting for the scam), and after he noticed I'm watching closely, he rang the other 8 items up correctly, but THEN, He tried to scoot me out, quickly saying "Have a nice day, come back!" but SHORTED ME $8, and I caught him. He said so fake, "Oh, whoopsie buddy, oh here you go" as you could tell he was contemplating just giving me the 3 ones and not the five, as he stared into the cash drawer, acting funny, grabbing the ones slow thinking about not getting the five... So yeah, quick stop. But Watch Those Prices And Your Change!! lol"
