"Would have rated lower because didn't carry same range of sizes and variety as other old navy but staff was nice and ordered anything I needed for me"

"I enjoy the store however I can hardly ever find a large size. Also, the employees just stare at you like you're stealing or like you don't have the money to pay. Every time its very uncomfortable for me when they stare and keep asking if you need help. Just because someone is looking at things for a long time doesn't mean they are stealing I'm just trying to find my size which I mentioned there are usually out of large. Maybe corporate needs to send in more. Not everyone is x small"

"Their fitting rooms were open, so yay for making the kids try on clothes! On the other hand, once I did find a pair of jeans that fit my 9 year old, they only had ONE and of course if you want to get the sale price, you've gotta get two... So we ended up with none."

"I shopped for clothes at Old Navy tax free weekend. It is a safe place to shop. Everyone was wearing a mask. All employees were wearing mask and even kids. Staff are helpful and friendly. Store sold even masks. I want to thank Old Navy for opening their fitting rooms for us to try on clothes and the extra help that goes in and sanitizes each one. Much more enjoyable shopping for clothes than Kohl's is which WON'T put forth the extra help to open their fitting rooms. Thank you Old Navy!"

"Online is better than in store..special treatment on some customer than others..they made me walk the store to get my size, when I asked if I can get some help. I got a simple no because she was busy, yet another customer didn't have to do it herself? They help her get the size she wanted!"
