"Good selection of Funko Pops at reasonable prices. Pretty busy today, and parents brought 3 little kids in with no control, screaming and running around the aisles. Of course in the Pop section, where I would happen to be. I like kids, but if you can't control them, leave 'em in the car, (with 1 of the parents). ----Just in case they read this* Alot of their better Pops are up on the higher shelves which you cant really get a good look at unless asking an employee for assistance. Which kind of deters (me) away somewhat more than I normally may look or possibly purchase some items due to the fact I'm not going to ask an employee to hand me down countless Pop after Pop just because I may be slightly curious only to put it back because "fingernail mark" on the bottom of the box. They have a large quantity of Pops for $12 to choose from. I came across a handful that I was excited to see and potentially wanted to purchase, only until further inspecting the Pops and seeing that 4 of the 5 I selected had pretty significant box damage. Very disappointing. On top of that, some these Pops were valued under $12 (PPG) to begin with, and to find it in this condition, not marked down at all was rather surprising. I did find 1 in the end. To put a positive spin on this review, I have to say that the guy at the cash register was very polite and friendly. We had a bit of chat while he rang me up. I'll stop back in here again when in the area, but definitely won't make any special trips out of my way to stop at this location. I definitely prefer the South Side store over this. (Never been to Merle Hay)"

"I bought a doll of my favorite anime character there the other day. The staff were friendly and I got a really good price! Since a lot of the stuff there is second hand, he was in rough condition, but I fixed him up easily. Damaged goods are priced accordingly. There is a wide selection of figures! The woman at the counter was easy to talk to and was very invested in my collection. They joked around with me about how hideous the doll was. It was only my second visit and I enjoyed it each time."
