"My husband and I visited the store on multiple occasions in search of a new bed. Each visit we dealt with the same Sales Rep, Rachel. She was outstanding. She was very informative, but yet gave us our space to test out the beds. Periodically she would check in to see if we had any additional questions. She was very thorough with her explanations.
